Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Jacksonville

Our first time to ever have pizza from Little Caesar's-- any where-- but it won't be our last!! I stopped at the Little Caesar's Pizza in Jacksonville in the Gregory Street Shopping Center this past Saturday, during the sleet and snow storm! I went in and ordered our favorite 2-toppings so as to be able to compare it to Domino's version that we usually get. So, I ordered a large, hand tossed, Pepperoni with Onions and an Order of cheese Sticks. I went back out to my car and waited. It only took 12 minutes before the cashier brought my Order out to me, keeping me from having to shut off my engine, and heater, and get out in the sleet and snow to get them myself! * BONUS POINTS FOR TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS IN NASTY WEATHER!* The pizza had plenty of Pepperoni on top and an adequate amount of onions scattered around it's surface. The cheese and spices were not too heavy. I did add some Garlic Powder and parmesan cheese when I heated my slices at home. The flavor was excellent. The Cheese Sticks are a good inch thick! Very hearty! They are more Cheese tasting than garlic, or other spices, so I did sprinkle them with garlic powder to up the flavor. You can taste Italian Seasonings in the melty cheese on top, just no garlic. All together pleased with my order from Little Caesar's Pizza. I only interacted with one employee, that being the cashier. He was very polite and impressed me by bringing out the order to my car. I've gotten several orders from this restaurant both as a customer and as a DoorDash driver and this is definitely one of the better Little Caesars in central Arkansas. I want to commend the people working tonight (12-28-2023). They were swamped and running a little behind but still working hard. While I was waiting for my order, another customer stormed into the store completely belligerent because apparently there had been some issues with her order. She was beyond disrespectful to the workers. I never do this, but I actually pulled out my phone and started recording because I was concerned what this customer might do. This was a situation that it didn't matter what the workers did. This customer was not going to be satisfied. She even tried to get the other customers involved by sarcastically telling us to check our orders. These workers, however, stayed very professional in the face of someone showing them absolute hatred. The manager and owner of this store should be very proud of their employees tonight. Update: our of the last 4 times I went 3 were not so good. 1st time we asked for double cut and she didnt double cut after telling me it was, 2 time again same lady and didnt double cut and pepperoni after she told my husband it just came out. No way it was definitely older but the cheese was fresh and hot, 3rd time the guy had every thing perfect and fresh. 4th time (today) I ordered Italian bread sticks and pizza. Watched my pizza sit on the counter for 7 minutes til the bread came out. So pizza wasnt hit of course but she did make sure it was double cut today and still same lady that isnt very pleasant. Really need to work on the managers customer service. Go there when we have games for a quick bite. Most part they are ok but got a pizza from their and it didn't feel or look very fresh so I asked if i could get a fresher one and she said that just came out and closed the window.
