I have been shopping there for almost 10 years. Never had an issue. But the one day I go in for a return, I get accused of stealing and changing tags. The young lady who helped me first said it wasn't the right recipe. Then I asked her if we could look it up with my cell number. She says yes, and takes a look at the tag and says "this isn't the right tag, this says vest and this isn't a vest" (like obviously) but that's the same thing that was on the recipe, as I bought 2 rompers. A large and a medium. I was returning the large. I told her that's how it was sold, and I didn't notice the name on the tag, I just looked at the price. She then proceeds to tell me she's going to need to look at the cameras to make sure that's how it was sold to me. I tell her ok go ahead, I'll wait." She then makes a comment on how the tag doesn't look right, and that's "the color of the tag is different, it's yellow and supposed to be white." (The tag was white, and nothing happened to it.) She was already accusing me of changing the tags on the romper without even looking at the camera. Just stood there and judged me. Yesterday I went in the store to exchange some stuff I got at the diversey&harlem locations of course I couldn’t find my receipt from The diversey location & for some reason my items weren’t coming up under my name nor phone number (I was asked at the diversey location but apparently they didn’t put it in ) Iliana the cashier was very patient& helpful I was with her for at least 30/40 mins maybe even more she not once looked irritated/ annoyed nor gave an attitude. Her manager jasmine also helped finish up the process she as well was nice & understanding. After going through all of this Iliana verified my info was correct & it is because I received the email with my receipt!!I’ve gone to the diversey location & had a manager give me an attitude over a return that had a receipt & tags attached to everything (rude&unprofessional)!
