Make sure you check everything smell them, touch them, sit in them, whatever you have to do before you BUY a thing here! I have a medical condition and recently had surgery. My husband tried to surprise me with chairs that make my pain go away and so comfortable and to his surprise they're covered in urine truly soaked- like someone soiled them and tried to cover it up. As told should've smelled them before bought them. My husband was in a hurry to surprise me and talked w the vendor and got them offline. So warning If your love one wants to surprise you with something from here make sure you have them double check everything over. Once you leave they will not help you nor will the vendor. They take your $ and you’re left with soaked urine chairs w that’ll cost around $300 to get them clean and the person even said most likely won’t come out cause so soiled😭 So sad! SHOPPERS BEWARE!!! very disheartening love this store too! Won't be back, won't ever let my husband go back and be treated so awful for doing something so kind for me in a hurry. Found them online and didn’t think about sniffing so make sure you do!!!

Read moreI’m not one to normally give a terrible review, but in this case I feel I have no choice. It’s unfortunate because the front staff was friendly to me when I made the initial purchase. I bought a bike trailer to take my little children on bike rides with me. It wasn’t cheap - $50. I checked over the item to ensure all the parts were present and intact before buying it. However, upon trying to get it out of the car, some of the harness broke. Not only did it break, it completely disintegrated. Upon further evaluation, my husband and I determined that the entire safety harness was compromised rendering the unit unsafe for its intended purpose. I called the store to request an exchange or return, as I believe that any reasonable secondhand business would accept their mistake in selling a potentially harmful child’s item. I understand that they host vendors, but assuredly in this case they should have made the effort to contact the vendor responsible for selling a defunct item. Read moreMy 84 year old mother and I visited yesterday (Saturday) and wanted to purchase a cat scratch tree which was a bit heavy for us to carry.. upon asking at the desk if someone could help I was Very Rudely shown a small sign stating something to the effect that they would not help.. she basically pointed her finger and stated a defiant no.. now there was a young man at counter that looked like in could help but she wouldn't even ask.. we had just spent $200. Outside and was willing and hoping to get items but she was very disappointed in their lack of empathy to maybe just extend a bit of customer service but I'm quite sure it would lead to other customer request.. if she hadn't been just Soo rude this post probably wouldn't have happened plus my 84 year old mother's disappointment.. she walks with a walker and me with a cane..
