Results Unlimited Family Fitness — Attraction in Johns Creek

After years of no exercise, a bad diet, and 2 kids – I put 25 extra pounds onto my 5’ frame by age 38. My cholesterol (241)/triglycerides (172) were high – to the point of needing medication. I spent the next 4 years trying to lose weight, but finally realized I couldn’t keep it off on my own.

It was an easy choice to train with David at Results, as he had trained my son for over a year and transformed him. He walked into Results a 13-year-old with some extra weight that left him uncomfortable with his body/self image. Within 6 months, he not only got into great shape, but he had a whole new confidence.

Over the next six months, with David’s guidance on cardio, weight training, and nutrition, I lost 18lbs. Now, I not only feel trimmer, but I am fit and healthy. My cholesterol (198)/triglycerides (98) went down, and I stand straighter and walk taller. When asked when I will be done training with David, I explain that this is a lifestyle change. I want to live a long, healthy life and that cannot happen if I don’t continue down this path.

As for my son, he is not only learning early in life the value of exercise, but he’s learning to become more mature.
