I met with "Alicia" 2/29/24 @ 2:20 and I had an appt with Dr Alexandria Colangio RNP. I asked her about Alexandria and she said she was in clinic. I was supposed to have a full physical and that did not happen. Alicia just reviewed my meds & took the basics. I was given another appt for June. During the next few weeks it was a nightmare. Every time CVS sent a med to be refilled I was called many times in one day by Jesse, Alicia, and others with questions. It became apparent my chart was not read. A med came from CVS Vitamin D which was low at the last lab results & it was suggested I retest. I did. The results were low. I spoke to the medical assistant about the result on Friday. She said she had not received the results yet. I said just call the lab they are ready. She said that she recommended you take your current dose everyday and said "I could try to call it in for you" Bells went off in my head that this young lady doesn't know her medical limits. I informed her a Medical Assistant cannot call this in that it was the wrong dose. I get another call back saying CVS was denying the med because it was sold over the counter. I have been taking Vitamin D as a prescription. I asked who she spoke to..I have been going there for 55 years. She said she did call and got a tape recording. I told her she was being dishonest CVS. The Manager Tina got on the phone cutting me off not listening saying she called CVS. Basically a doctor finally approved the Vitamin D. I received a letter that I was being dismissed and I have 30 days. It was signed by Alexandria Colangio RNP who I never met. I called and Tina was too busy fixing something in another office to talk to me. I finally reached her. We had a bit of a chat and I was put on speaker and there was someone whispering in the background. She said Alexandria Colangio RNP was going to call my meds in for 90 days and send me my files on a disc. I said no because that would mean my record was closed. I said I would not be seeing my new provider (I won't disclose the name) until June 11 due to lack of availability in his or her schedule and vacation. I requested they continue filling my meds until the that date. If something were to happen during the interim and for example ended up in the emergency room or needed a GP and they dismissed me that would be a liability. If they read my chart they would know I was on disability and had several surgeries the past 3 years and needed monitoring. I felt this dismissal letter was unwarranted & unethical. It shows me in a way that I am not. I am an Advocate and I was advocating . This was blown up into unethical conduct & behavior from a medical office. Tina spews venom. She's an angry person. I don't recommend...

Ā Ā Ā Read moreWent here for gallstone issues, after being in the hospital and diagnosed. The dr told me I just have to poop? And it doesnāt matter that I have a family history of gallbladder issues, and told me I donāt even have gallbladder problems, that i literally just have to poop. I came here thinking my gallbladder issues were going to get addressed and possible appointment for removal, not to be told I have to go to the bathroom. I have ct scans, brought the hospital and primary care paperwork, and they still said nope you just have to poop. Very bizarre. They were rude at the front desk and didnāt know how to work the computer and didnāt know English so everyone had to write everything down for them to know what to write in the records. So odd and...
