My family has been going to Dave since my Dad proposed to my Mom, almost 35 years ago. And when I was young, my parents always told me about "The day I go to see Dave". Yesterday that day came; I picked up an engagement ring for my fiance from the same man who sold my mom's ring. Both Dave and Dennis were patient, knowledgeable, fair, and accommodating.

The pricing is as transparent as the beautiful diamonds they sell. You get what you pay for, and they will make sure you know what you're getting and what it means. I left with a beautiful diamond within my price range that I now know everything about. And not only do I know about my diamond, but I also know about all of the other diamonds within my price range. With Dave and Dennis I can honestly say that I was able to make a confident, educated decision about what I wanted.

We worked together to pick out a band that fit my fiance's style and persona perfectly. Dave did not try to upsell me on anything or force me into any decisions. And when I showed up to pick up the ring with a custom wooden box I had made for her, he ripped one of his ring boxes apart just so he could put the felt liner in my box for me.

I can't thank him and Dennis enough for what they've done for me and my family. It's good to know that there is a Jeweler I can trust. She said yes, I am engaged as of yesterday, happy as can be, and I'm sure I'll be back for...

I had purchased a chain from the center and it was a good purchase, but I dropped off an older gold chain that one of the links was starting to break and the gentleman told me it would be a 3 to 5 day wait. They never called me after a week and a half to two weeks so I ended up going into the store to pick up and they tried giving me my chain back with a wire to replace one of the links. I come back a week later to pick up my chain. Once again they tried giving it to me with it unpolished and red from the heat to fix it so I come back a third time to pick up my chain and it was still not polished or completed I had to come back one last time that same day to pick up! The 3 to 5 day wait that I was estimated became one full month!!! Very disappointed I thought I found a nice jewelry store for shopping, but their lack of attention to detail and lack to actually follow up with their customer when the so-called product is completed is beyond me. It took practically four trips for me to get my chain back correctly after having to make a stink about it inside the store.. Do not drop off any jewelry that you genuinely care about!! Outstanding work! My fiancé got my first engagement ring and wedding band from here and it was great quality but I wanted a different style ring. I went back to exchange it and they were excellent at accommodating what I wanted! I spent 2-3 hours here and they were attentive the whole time helping me find the perfect ring!(I've been to other places that one minute they're helping you and the next they disappear or make you feel as if you're hassling them! This place is the total opposite of that!) Once I found the engagement ring I wanted I started to look for a wedding band to match. Instead of trying to find the perfect one, I described what I wanted and they created and made my perfect wedding band! I am only going here from now on for anything I need jewelry related. It's small on the inside and they don't have every kind of ring, but they do have a selection and encourage you to bring photos of the style you want and are more than willing to make it for you(without charging a fortune!). Again, great quality work, great customer service and decent pricing....
