Having an issue with my cell phone that was convulsing under the pressure of being over laden with data. When it became my turn a young female customer service consultant indicated I was next. Being of a certain age I felt uncomfortable about my phone issues. To break the ice I began with I've never been properly trained in the use of cell phones or computers, she took a deep breath and asked what was the phone doing! Well other than not working properly, and notices about needing to clean out files here we are trying to lighten the phone's memory. At first the phone started playing the game with her, like "WHACK A MOLE" as soon as she noticed the pace my cell kept changing screens she timed her strokes faster than the screen would move.And as soon as the data files were emptied the phone became more compliant.When she finished clearing out the files she handed me back a new phone. I thanked her profusely for her cool under pressure competence and skill at clearing this issue up so quickly. Thank God there was a representative so patient to have seen the task through to the end. To my relief I had my phone back and operating normally. Being a new customer, I had a lot of questions, and he answered every single one of them in a way that I could understand. He made switching carriers a painless process. He explained all of my options, but I never felt pressured to do anything which I really appreciated. On top of being very knowledgeable, he was friendly and respectful. I also observed him greeting customers as they walked in and reassuring them that he or his coworker would be with them shortly. He was very efficient but I never felt rushed. He made sure to give me his contact info so I could contact him with any issues I might have, and promptly answered me when I contacted him with a question. Overall 10/10 customer service, and a genuinely great person.
As far as having T-mobile as my carrier in general, the experience has been very good! I feel as though I have better service than I did with my previous carrier, and my data speeds have definitely gotten faster. Call quality is also great. No...

Update. Called T-Mobile and asked if I'm eligible for two buckets they said yes, told me to go back to the store and talk to the manager. I came back and the other sales assistant happily gave me two buckets without all this nonsense as soon as he heard Im paying for 2 lines. So it's all a personal factor. Some people are nicer...
