The Salty Blonde Salon — Attraction in Juno Beach

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON... PLEASE!!! I WENT IN SPOKE TO OWNER IN ADVANCE AND BOOKED APPT. FOR COUPLE DAYS LATER. SHE BOOKED ME WITH HANNAH. I SHOWED PICTURES TO THE OWNER AND TO HANNAH. WHAT I ASKED FOR AND WHAT I GOT WERE NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE SAME. THE NIGHT BEFORE I OILED MY HAIR WITH COCONUT OIL SO THAT IT WOULD BE NICE AND MOISTURIZED. HOWEVER HANNAH MIXED THE COLOR AND WAS GOING TO APPLY IT RIGHT OVER THE OIL.. WHEN I ASKED IF SHE WAS NOT GOING TO WASH IT OUT SHE HAD TO ASK HER COWORKER..1ST RED FLAG.. THEN I NOTICED SHE WAS PUTTING THE BLEACH ALL THE WAY TO THE ROOTS AND WHEN I INQUIRED ABOUT THIS SHE STATED THAT SHE WAS NOT... HOWEVER WHEN THE FOILS CAME OFF I COULD SEE THE BLEACH ALL THE WAY TO THE ROOTS, THE HIGHLIGHTS WERE SUPPOSED TO START MID LENGTH ..I ASKED AGAIN AND SHE SAID IT WOULD COME OF WITH TONING. BUT THEN I REALIZED AFTER SHE WAS TRYING TO REMOVE THE COLOR SHE GOT ON MY FACE THEY WERE 2 SPOTS THAT WERE NOT COMING OFF.. SO I ASKED ANOTHER ASSICIATE TO GET ME SOMETHING TO CLEAN IT.. BUT WHEN HANNAH TRIED AGAIN IT STARTED TO BURN.. SO I ASKED IF IT COULD BE A CHEMICAL BURN AS IT WAS BURNING. AT THAT POINT THE OWNER CAME OVER WITH A NASTY ATTITUDE, STARTED TO BELITTLE, AND GASLIGHT ME. THEN SHE STATED SHE WAS GOING TO WASH OUT THE TONER EARLY WHICH SCARED ME AND THEN WHEN SHE WASHED MY HAIR AND TOOK THE TOWEL OFF, MY HAIR WAS MATTED..I INQUIRED ABOUT THIS AND SHE STATED SHE WAS GOING TO END MY SERVICE..I WAS SO CONFUSED AS I HAD NEVER BEEN TREATED THIS WAY IN A PROFFESIONALAL SETTING FOR ASKING QUESTIONS.. BOTH KNEW THIS WAS MY FIRST SALON COLORING.. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE HAIRCUT I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET, THE OWNER SAID I HAD OFFENDED HANNAH.. HOW DO YOU OFFEND SOMEONE BY ASKING THEM QUESTIONS... NOT TO MENTION THE OWNERS DOG WAS RUNNING AROUND PEEING ON THE FLOOR..UNSANITARY AND UNPROFFESIONAL.. PLEASE GO SOMRWHERE, WHERE YOU ARE CARED FOR, LISTENED TO, AND NOT BE BERATED OR SPOKEN DOWN UPON FOR...

Couldn’t be any happier with my experience at The Salty Blonde. I went in and got a curly cut with Bry and balayage with Hannah. I originally booked the services out of order and they both worked with me to accommodate me and give me the best service. They went above and beyond to make me happy and they really succeeded.

Hannah’s balayage work was absolutely beautiful, took my dark brown hair with no dimension and gave it a stunning pop of color, beautifully blended.

Bry gave me a dry curly cut which turned out amazing and gave me much needed volume, and defined my curls to look like I’ve never seen them look before and made me love my curls again.
