Greetings to the entire Sol community! I have several friends who complain about the administration. According to their testimonies, they say that Mrs. Ana has favoritism. Many report to higher authorities and they do absolutely nothing. They arrive at 6:30 am so they can leave for work that day, but Ana sends others who arrive late to work. She does not respect the first people. She has her favorite group. There are many anomalies in that place and there are never positive changes where everyone has the opportunity to work at least 3 times a week. Sometimes a group of 20 people are left cleaning the building so they can go out to work the next day. The next day Ana's group goes to work first and then the boys who stayed the day before to clean... I have a friend who went to ask why he can't go out to work and Mrs. Ana bullied him. We have used this place to get workers for yard work. Painting projects. Out of most jobs we had good workers but there were some that were not. Most want 5 hrs of work or more or they pass up the opportunity to take the job we needed. Also know that you have to feed them a meal or 2 if they are with you after lunch. Which is fine but it is only told after you pick your help. And you have to pick them up n drop them back off. Our workers always wanted a ride back to there homes. The last rate was $12-15 dollars an hour we were charged for lawn service and we only found one person who would work for 5 hrs.
