They have a good selection of jewelry as well as customization but I’m giving a 2 star from my recent experience. I was in a tight time restraint as a band wouldn’t be delivered on time & needed a specific size in a mans wedding band; silver or tungsten. I didn’t want to waste my time going to all the jewelers around palm beach county so I called ahead to check if they had one. The lady over the phone said that they had way too many to tell me saying how she would have to individually check each one and that it was better for us to come in. Well, we went in and there were only 3-4 rings she had to check in our specified category. Even if they had the size in precious metals we would’ve upgraded, but they had none to begin with unless you ordered it. Why exactly could you not check 4 ring sizes over the phone to let us know before having us drive there? Total waste of our time. Poor first experience...

I purchased my wife’s A Jaffe wedding band from here. I had originally planned to buy it elsewhere, but after meeting Valerie and talking with her, I decided to bring my business here instead. Valerie was extremely helpful and kind from the first time I walked into the store. She took the time to get to know both my wife and I and to figure out exactly what we wanted, even calling A Jaffe themselves several times to confirm details and ask questions. Her professionalism was truly a pleasure and it took away all the stress that wedding band shopping entails....

Our family has dealt with Jupiter Jewelry several times over the past few years and had nothing but great experiences. The staff is friendly, warm, and professional. The service and repair is the best. The jeweler on staff is an "old watch-maker type", meticulous and careful, with literally decades of experience. Prices are fair and reasonable.
