Spirit Halloween — Attraction in Kalispell

If I could give this place unlimited stars I would ! We love Spirit Halloween ! The owner I think his name is Steve and Michelle are amazing people and they love dogs 🐶 we take in our shitzu nugget and he’s always given love and treats. We get animatronics, costumes and decor every year we literally put money aside every year to spend at spirits it’s my son’s favorite holiday and favorite place. Another reason we love this place is because my son has a rare condition and he’s in the hospital quite a bit. Last year we we’re in the hospital for a while and he missed Halloween, Spirits donated costumes, activities and all kinds of stuff to the childrens hospital on top of raising money for them and i can never repay them for how much it made a difference in my sons recovery thank you so much ! We are that family that plans for Halloween year round and can’t wait until spirits opens 😆. We save every year to buy at least a couple animatronics. We are in this store 3 or more times a week our 5 year loves it ! We always donate to the children’s hospital as well and we never thought it would happen to us but our son was admitted to the children’s hospital a week ago and if anyone things they’ve money you donate doesn’t help let me tell you I’m made a huge difference for the kids in here ! We got to pick out costumes spirit’s donated, trick or treat and game etc. I just wanted to say thank you to spirit Halloween you are really helping children and family’s get through being in a hospital on Halloween 🎃....

They won't return your merchandise for the cash. Even on there website says you have a 14 day return policy. But puts dates you can return the item. I tried to return the item that I didn't use. But when I bought the item no one said you can't return the item. Then today I tried to return it. But they were telling me I couldn't get my money back but you can trade it and use your money for donation. Look I've donated to st judes and the humane society. I've done enough. Look if you want to run a business be honest and stop lying to your customers. Never will shop here again. If they want to make money honestly you should rent out the merch then you keep there money. But I'll never step foot in one of these...
