SunRift Beer Company - Kalispell — Restaurant in Kalispell

My wife and I arrived around 6PM on Sunday for dinner. We were seated right away but it took a while for our waiter to show up. Eventually he got there and took our drink order. It was another 10 minutes nor so before we got our drinks served. We ordered food soon after the drinks arrived. I asked for wings but they were out of wings??? I then ordered an Italian Grinder and onion rings. They were also out of onion rings??? The food came out as ordered and was good. However a group of 12 was seated next to us and our waiter assigned to that table. Apparently my wife and I turned invisible at this time. We didn't see him much from then on other than taking care of the constant needs of the table of 12. My beer ran dry and although the waiter passed directly by our table 3 times he didn't notice. Tried to flag him down the last time snd he didn't look our way. Started to get up and go to the bar directly but someone was at the bar and must have noticed what was going on. The bartender / manager refreshed the wife's water and provided me with another beer. 3 stars only because of the waiter who couldn't look our way or check on us at all, once he was overwhelmed by the table of 12. To be fair the food was good and served hot. The beer was cold and many selections to choose from. We may try again during our stay in Kalispell and hopefully we'll.get a waiter that doesn't develop tunnel vision when he gets...

We walked in the door around 12:30pm and that's when it all started. Our server handed us our menu's and told us where to sit, he couldn't even seat us. After that we waited 20 minutes for him to just come and take our orders which then led to us waiting 40 minutes for our food, we ordered 3 salads and there was maybe 3 other tables full in the restaurant. After we finished our food our server came to check on us and asked how everything was, we said good and thought he would notice that all 3 of us were done with our food and would bring us our check. Nope, 20 more minutes of waiting just to get our check, in a restaurant that was pretty much dead. I asked at the end if maybe they could take some money off of the bill because we were very disappointed with the service and the absurd amount of waiting we had to sit through and he laughed at me. He went back for another 20 minutes to bring us the same bill and told us that he talked with his manager and she said that they checked the times of the food and service and said that everything was done in the average time. I understand if it's average for your restaurant, but this was not average for any other establishments in the valley, very disappointing.

The food was decent at best but the service was horrible, I will not be coming back to this...

Tried to reach out via email to let these folks know of my dissatisfaction to see if there was at least a discussion to be had before coming here. Went to adult prom both years they have been doing it. The first year was awesome minus the catering. We bought a table and got benefits for purchasing a table. This year we bought an even bigger table(10 instead of 8) and there was absolutely zero perks for purchasing a whole table. The catering this year was done buy the same person as last year and was less and worse than the prior year. It wasn't even a dinner this year. It was really a mess of different finger foods that has zero coherence with each other. drink prices were crazy as well. Then the dj was like guess what!?!? we can stay till 10:45... that doesn't matter lots of folks were running for the door before 9:30. Like I said sad because it went down hill in...
