Maurices — Local services in Kalispell

I fell in love with this chain a few years ago. This was my first visit to this particular location. One thing I've always loved about Maurices is their customer service but it was sorely lacking in this store. I was looking for some new unmentionables which required me to completely disrobe on my upper torso. With no support I had to undress and dress MANY times to get the right fit. The same went for the dresses I tried on even though I took in numerous sizes and styles. When checking out I shared with the clerk that I often go to the store in Couer de Lane, Idaho. I love Maurices! I have always mostly worn Maurices clothing. The only complaint I have is how dirty the floors are throughout the store and the dressing rooms at the Kalispell location. I have noticed this for the last year to two years. They need a good vacuum and use the tool to get along the walls and corners. Very rude telephone customer. I never use my card, but didn't once last month. The bill was sent to an old address, so I was late on payment. She called, I explained, she would not even consider reversing the late charge, and I paid the bill in full!
