Alley Connection Restaurant — Restaurant in Kalispell

We got here around 6 ish this evening and got a table and then it took twenty minutes for drinks, and an additional 30-45 minutes to even get our appetizers by that time we had asked to get different drinks as the root beer tasted flat and was warm. I also asked for water and tea at the beginning and was only given water which wasn’t offered again and I had to continuously ask for by 7:45 we finally got my daughter’s food. Still no drinks! by 7:55pm ish my finance was finally served his food (which was wrong he didn’t get what he asked for). At this point I had already asked for the bill and said we didn’t want the food my daughters food came out cold and everything. she said yes then when we used the bathroom my fiancé was talking to her, because she tried to charge us $58 for everything which we didn’t receive, touch, and asked for replacements for she then got an attitude and went to the kitchen staff to talk crap about us to another lady about how we cheated her outta money and drank the root beers and lied when the root beer was half in the bottles they gave us and the other half was in the glass cups they gave us the unprofessionalism, time, attitude, food over all was down right terrible and honestly I wouldn’t come back again especially since it was Valentine’s Day and we were looking forward to this so definitely not worth the...

Massive disappointment. I ordered broccoli, chicken and egg foo young to go. They did not have egg foo young so I ordered cashew chicken. Got home And discovered a fried loaf of chicken with almonds all over it. Broccoli chicken has about 10 anemic looking pieces of broccoli in it. The chicken is seriously dry. Mind you I picked this up at noon today when it should be the freshest. It was salty throughout. The fried rice had nothing but rice in it. No little bits of anything. I called to let them know orders were switched. They said no I ordered almond chicken. I’ve never ordered it in my life. I don’t like almonds. I would skip this restaurant. Wow. This place has really gone down hill fast. The lo mein I got was absolutely inedible. I took two bites and away it went. The fried rice reaked of vinegar which was off putting and the rice was mushy. I placed a call in order for pick up and they told me 20 to 30 mins. I get there at 30 mins and they have me wait another 12 more in the lobby with four other disgruntled customers who had been waiting for who knows how long. There were about 4 unbussed tables that sat there dirty as I waited. The girls up front had to have been 15 with no customer service what so ever. This used to be the best if the flathead.
