The training I received at the school has served me well for the 40 years I have been in the military and in private practice. My training has been as good or better than docs from schools all over the country. I didn't know how well I was prepared until internship. I put my training up against interns from many MD and DO school and came out fine. I compete against docs from many school in my private practice and I have never been found wanting. My training was 40 years ago and it was great. I don't really know about the current training climate but I assume it is just as good as when I attended. Read moreThis place had a very nice dorms and a lot of places for people to be able to get plant-based option foods including a whole foods that is right around the corner pretty much on campus. They're swimming pools pretty awesome too when it unfolds in the summer to let the sunlight in. They do have some pretty big lecture classes they told us but other than that the class sizes are supposed to be fairly reasonable. Campus was clean but had a bit of construction going on.
