Do NOT listen to the positive reviews, they are bought. I swear to god this Subway is disrespectful and hostile. They lack hospitality. We ordered 3 foot longs on a promotion, requesting more of the specified ingredients we wanted and made according to our preference. We got a thin sandwich for all three, even when we requested more vegetables. The RUDE manager Tara was disrespectful and called her owner twice, who didn’t answer. Afterwards, she called the husband of the owner, who was being sweet and trying to resolve the issue. However, the wife called back and told us “why are they shouting, tell them get out of the store” and also told us to lower our tone even though we weren’t the ones who raised our tone first. Tara is a disrespectful manager along with the owner’s wife, Julie. Julie said, on speaker phone, “have they left? Ok let me know when they leave.”
Additionally, we mentioned we were fasting and our fast was about to open, yet there was no regard for that at all.
Honestly, avoid this Subway and go to the one on Prescott down in Kansas.

Some other locations it can be like rolling the dice. So I genuinely prefer coming here even though I have other locations closer to my current home. I typically order in app because of available promos that are not available in store and unfortunately the app does not allow for specific customizations so I usually have to place order in app then walk in to explain things I could not request in app. Mostly the reception to doing this is good but I do worry sometimes it might annoy one of the owners/employees there which isn't my intention but have to say I do get that vibe on occasion which I think is basically confusion on why I'm ordering in app but then modifying in store but I have no choice as previously mentioned. Upon arrival and checking in on app, a girl came out with an order to a vehicle where they said it was not theirs, she then went back inside after looking directly at me. I tried to call the store as I could not go in with me dog and was sure this was my order. No answer I tried calling a few different times while waiting for 30 minutes. I gave up and walked my dog back so I could go into store. When I asked about what was going on and why she walked past me the owner/manager showed no care and said that the receipt only gives car color, the car color wasn't even the color specified.
