Very helpful and pleasant experience with the gentleman at the counter. I like that there’s a parking lot so I don’t have to park on the street. I smoked the mild and spicy bbq sausages last night. I’d definitely come back to try other flavors and support this small business.

LOVE LOVE LOVE Krizman's. Always super friendly and helpful, they will answer any and all questions about their products. Everything is always fresh, and the prices are reasonable. They use premium cuts of their meats and not junk and leftover scraps. I've tried their smoked polish, andouille, apple, cheddar jalapeño, lamb, Italian and breakfast sausages. The andouille is soo good, and my favorite sausage is the cheddar jalapeño. Wish they were open a little longer on Saturdays though. ...

I picked up some BBQ sausage and took it directly home and smoked it 2 hours at 210 degrees. I let it rest and put it in the refrigerator overnight.
