Cinco Ranch Water Park — Attraction in Katy

Multiple bad experiences with the teenagers running this pool. It is supposed to close at 8, yet they start kicking people out by 7:45. With supposed thunderstorms, they said we had to wait 30 min after the last strike. I checked the radar and after 1 hour, they were still not opening due to "danger", according to them, yet they were dancing on their cellphones in the middle of the grounds. If there's supposed danger why are they exposing themselves to the lighting by dancing while on their phones? In that same block of time, another one of them went to vomit in the trashcan. Wondering what the heck he was on... the list goes on and on... and ohhhh the attitudes... I don't even want to get...

Very bad experience as soon as we got there a life guard started targeting me and my friends. 5 min after we got in they said there was thunder. There was not a sound to be heard. After we asked 10 mins later when will be able to get in he said that it would reset again in a minute just for asking. The guy name was mason. He was really rude and stomped on the slide and acted like it was thunder to make time even longer. He told us to pretty much leave because time would be up and it would "probably thunder again". The pool and the amenities seem to be wonderful but unfortunately we have not be able to enjoy them since the staff are the worst, they are closing the pool for supposed cleaning every 2 hours and we never saw anyone doing any cleaning at all, also they was closing because the "storms" without one single rain drop or thunder, unacceptable; seem that they are looking excuses to keep it closed and not to work. They need urgently a grown-up supervisor to put control to these teenagers, I hope these teenagers are volunteers because paying for this type of job performance is a waste of money.
