Which Wich — Restaurant in Texas

Extremely rude, horrible customer service. Both employees, the man at pick up and the woman that was working the register are rude and when I asked for the order the man said it was coming up then after me waiting 10 minutes told the cashier to get the order that had been hanging on the wall since I’d walked up. Try fixing your attitude as fast as you try to wrap those sandwiches. If you don’t want to work with customers try another job.

Obviously what I said was correct because you remember who I am so you remember what you said I never told you who I was, you told on yourself. Being a Dasher does not mean you can disrespect and be rude to me, learn customer service and a better choice of words. I wasn’t joking when I said fix your attitude. Usually get my Which Wich sandwich from Mason Road which makes excellent sandwiches. We just had a sandwich from Westheimer store in Katy and it was the worst sandwich we have ever eaten. My sandwich was supposed to be ham, Swiss, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, onions. I basically had a vegetarian sandwich (a slither of ham) tomatoe 1 thin slice the size of a half dollar, pickle one little half of a slice each side, never did taste oinion, basically lettuce filled the sandwich. When I called the store I was told that the owner and his brother own both stores and he makes the sandwiches at both stores. I suspect that brother is at Mason location there is that much of a difference. Not only was the sandwich that bad but the resolution was even worse! I have a love and hate relationship with this place. When the owners of the establishment are there everything is on point, especially the sandwiches. But if it’s just the ladies and the older gentleman today it’s just pure chaos. The gentleman behind the counter bless his soul (I think his name was robert or ricardo), he was drowning in work and no one was helping him. He had a long line and he was trying to make shakes and answer the phone calls, take orders, all while the ladies behind the counter just stood there lol like wow where’s the teamwork. I can tell he was getting frustrated, I had to reassure him his doing best considering his co workers just stood there. I don’t want to come to this place only when the the owners are here, I want to be able to get a sandwich anytime of the day. I want to continue to support small business owners like Julio but you have to get your team all on the same page.
