This place made me mad, the only reason they have two stars is because the food tasted decent. First of all our carhop was UNFRIENDLY, his name was Jesus and he had no manners. Sonic should include manners and kindness as a requirement because this man had neither. We ordered four shakes and he gave us no napkins, then he just left, no thank and no smile. Next, one of the shakes they came out with was RUNNY, we told Jesus and he looked at it and finally noticed the quality of the crappy shake so he went back inside, along with our card because one of their screens on the drive through was just broken. I don't know if they even knew, because that should be fixed. We had the other shakes and he came back out with the other shake which now looked better. All of these shakes had cherries, that's a key part of my complaint, just wait. We left then there was a mix up with shakes where 2 kids shakes got flipped but one kid didn't drink their shake yet so we went back to buy one more shake so the kid could have the type they wanted and we went through the drive-thru this time and we ordered the shake and when we got to the window we had to ask for napkins and when the shake came out it had no cherry! No consistency at all it had only been five minutes they couldn't have run out and if they did they would have said that they were out of cherries beforehand. We finally got everything so we went home. That was all, except the fact that it took 20 minutes for four MINI shakes. All in all I am highly dissatisfied and do not recommend to anyone who cares about basic restaurant manners. I hope the consistency, manners, timing, and electronic screens...
Read moreIf I could give this a lower score, I would. I visited this location today at around 5 pm. Nobody was in the drive thru ahead of me and I placed my order. When I got to the window, I attempted to pay both cash and card. This, I am told, isn't possible. No reason given, just can't do it. Fine, I will just go with a smaller drink so I can afford to put it all on one payment type. This caused me to have to wait for an extra 5-7 minutes before they finally figured it out. They "didn't have a manager override on shift" was the reason I was told, twice. That means nothing to me when I have been waiting for 15 minutes for a total and then food but here we are. I finally paid, got my food and drink and left. When I looked into the bag, they had given me marinara sauce instead of the ranch for my cheddar peppers.
Every time I go to this location, there's something that draws the waiting time out twice as long as any other Sonic. The proximity to me isn't worth the hassle of wrong orders and I am just done with...
Read moreWell, we just happened to be in the area, after returning a rental car up the street.
It was a rather muggy day and, someone in our group suggested Sonic for Slush's.
We went through the drive thru and, unfortunately had to repeat our order several times as the person on the intercom seemed distracted, busy, or something.
As we waited for our order, I exited my vehicle and took a few photos of the Establishment.
I returned to my vehicle and, as we suspected the order wasn't completely correct.
Instead of going through the trouble of the tedious task of correcting the discrepancy, we just exited the property, as we were already pressed for time.
For those of you visiting this location in the future, please be patient with the Order Taker as there might be a mechanical malfunction with their headset or the system in general.
Other then that, the Food was fantastic and I'll definitely be visiting this location again...
