DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse — Attraction in Katy

Sadly, I ordered shoes to pickup for my sister who was a bride. I order 1 pair of shoes for pickup and decided to come see the shoes at the store. When I got there I decided to not go with the pickup option and instead buy a new pair in store. The cashier in the system input that I picked up the shoes and I was charged for a pickup I never received!

I asked the cashier twice if I needed to return it to avoid being charged and she said no you are good to go. Little did I know, behind the scenes the cashier said I picked it up. I attempted to contact DSW Help 5 times over 3 months. Each time being told I would be refunded within 2 weeks. My most recent conversation with DSW customer service was that I now need to go to the DSW location (which is a hour away) and talk to the store manager.

This location and DSW is running fraud and should be incredibly careful as their inventory would not match their sales. I will never order from DSW and highly recommend not picking up from...

Today was my third time there and this review just reflects my visits. My wife was shopping and I was browsing. My wife asked for some help with shoes 6 times and then finally one lady came to help.

When we got to the cashier station, the lady there was busy with a customer and pleasantly acknowledged us. She was an older lady and very nice to work with. There was another young lady there with glasses and she was just sitting there playing on her phone. That left only 1 register open and there were 4 people in line behind us.

Store also looked like there was some big shipment come in so looked a little chaotic.

That being said, they have GREAT prices and lots of selection. The products themselves are great but I would caution anyone visiting, be ready to spend more time there waiting for staff to get off their phones and...

Not meeting customer expectations & definitely not trying to make the sale. Went in tonight with our four year old because she suddenly had a growth spurt and our grew all of her shoes. Needed to get a pair of tennis shoes. Mind you this is during COVID when businesses are already HURTING FINANCIALLY. Found THREE pairs of shoes for her. Did a quick cross reference online to ensure I was getting a fair, competitive deal. Found the same pairs at kohl’s for quite a bit cheaper. Approached the counter ready to spend over $150 but was told that they weren’t willing to pride match to kohl’s. Said what a shame for them, for right into our car and placed the online order with kohl’s for delivery in a few days. They had us in the door but still couldn’t get our business. Hope they had better luck with only other customer in the store...
