Javier Sillero Bandera was combative after making a request that him or his staff should politely inform those waiting in line that they are currently out of something. In this particular case it was steak that wasn’t available at the moment. When I requested to have there limited time offer steak instead w/o an up charge he immediately spoke over me as I was talking and declined advising corporate would “be on his side” and his “never had this problem before” as the customer waiting over 5-8 mins in a long line id like to have the choice to pick if I’d like to wait an additional amount of time for the steak to be ready rather than waiting and getting to the front of the line and having to wait again! Thought this was a simple request but according to Javier he hasn’t ever had to do such a thing. When I asked Josh the cashier for corporate number he replied he doesn’t know and it could be located online which again complies with the unprofessionalism displayed by his manager, Javier Sillero Bandera. This is definitely a training issue and Javier should be trained a little harder on customer service it’s pretty simple. Read moreIf I could add No stars I would. I have a very busy day and also I’m pregnant and had a craving for chipotle. I spent $30 to get my son and I a meal… I get home and his meal is not in there. I tried to call. I tried to use the help center, but nothing worked so now I had to spend an extra Hour out of my day driving back there getting out the car re-ordering the food and driving back home only for them to ask me did I pay for it. It was literally the same girl that checked me out. They never gave me a receipt. Good thing I use Apple Pay and I had to pulled up the transaction and show it to them. I actually saw the kids meal that they didn’t put in my bag behind her and asked for a fresh meal anyway. There was no apology for forgetting my meal and inconveniencing me. Once they gave me the meal, I realize that they didn’t even include everything it comes with the first time anyway. I wish people would stop working at jobs that they hate and taking it out on the customers. I would say three out of every five times I order something. The order is always incorrect And no one ever takes the time out to even fix the issue....
Read moreI don't normally leave bad reviews, but based on my last 6 trips to this location I feel the need to. The food is great, but can be a little cold depending on what time you visit; However, the service is always cold and uninviting. I work 60 to 70 hours a week (7 days a week) and come to chipotle because I can get a large portion of relatively healthy food. I tend to get larger portions and inform the staff on what I am getting. I also ask for an empty bowl to put my burrito in as it can be a little messy. Instead of re-wraping my burrito the staff today just left it unwrapped in the foil making it impossible to eat at the dine in table. This would have been fine, but I had asked for an empty bowl twice and hadn't recieved one. I had to go up a third time for one. The staff was also over-all not service oriented and rude.
I spent $22 on my meal. The staff at this location makes me feel unwelcome. I am consistently in this location due to work and typically spend up to $60 per week here. I would appreciate being treated with kindness and respect if possible. I may decide to no longer visit this location due...
