The lookout is just at the last turn before descending from the Princeville plateau down to the bridge leading into Hanalei Town. It is a breathtaking view of the Hanalei valley. If you are visiting the North Shore for the first time, this will be one of the best photo oportunities of your trip. Make sure to stop. This view offers a meriad of water falls, a full view of the Hanalei Bay crescent with surrounding mountains, tarro fields, and the Hanalei River winding its way to the ocean. Oh and don't forget to keep an eye out for the buffalo spekaling the...

Fantastic viewpoint! Captured the photo at the perfect time as the sun was setting. The clouds made it look even more spectacular adding perfect contrast to the light, making it possible for rays to shine. Be safe when parking though there is limited room, also please make safe U turns to get there there are spots going both directions within a minute or two to do so safely....

This is a breath taking view of the valley prehistoric mountains with waterfalls. Up to seven waterfalls depending on the rain fall. Limited parking, seven stalls. Be aware of backing out so that you don't block or collide with on coming traffic. It's a scenic lookout. Not a rest stop with facilities. There are many endangered species of...

Gorgeous lookout but on a dangerous curve. Limited parking (2 cars max) on the shoulder of a curve going down a hill, so it's very dangerous to get out of your car on the driver's side. Very beautiful view but obviously lots of car noise. No place to sit or wander around, so be very careful if you have children in tow. Visited January 2023.
