The Positive: Selection, and a wide-ranging variety of possibilities in terms of preference and budget for vaporizers, tobacco, and glass pieces / other accessories. Very sanitary, organized, and openly laid out store with great visibility of all displayed products.

The Negative: For what you are buying, the pricing is almost always surged above necessary costs, especially considering prices at other shops of the same kind in the area. Very few items in this store feel like you are getting your money's worth based on the hiked up prices. Additionally, even when not busy or occupied with other customers, the customer service seems to be lacking in this store most of the times I have visited, especially compared to their other locations in different cities. The staff isn't always the most pleasant in terms of help, and their advice also tends to lack when it comes to specific products because of the sheer enormity of the products they carry. Product knowledge is hard to comprehensively attain with such a wide array of items on their shelves.

Overall: A good place to go if you know what you're looking for, and know that the price of what you want in particular is in line with the other local shops of the same nature. Also a good place to see products that you may want to research yourself before buying, and try to find cheaper options elsewhere if possible. I would suggest avoiding this store as one to browse through without concrete intent, or in order to find a new type of product you might want, due to the flaws in customer service, and the general trend of overpricing on products. If you do know what you're looking for, it's worth calling to check the price, and comparing it to what the other local shops...

This place is great, I go here about once or twice a month and every time I've been it's always been great service. Always smiling faces and very helpful for what you need. I'm glad I found this place since I live in a nanny state about an hour away and I can't get it here.

I can only comment on mostly the Vape aspect as that's all I buy but the prices are awesome for a brick and mortar store. About $15-$20 a bottle (100ml) and even less if you buy 2,3 or 4 bottles from their discounts on multi purchases. Coils are affordable as well. I'd love if they carried 21700 batteries though as it seems they only carry 18650s, even though the 18650s are the most common.

They have Mod boxes, coils, batteries, tanks, replacement glass and a huge selection of different flavors of vape liquid from most of the major vape liquid companies. (60-120ml bottles)

They also have Nic Pouches if that's what you're looking for (Zyn is $8.99 and they have other brands as well)

They have a rewards program as well and every $25 you spend you get a point and after you hit 10 points you get $15 off your purchase which is awesome too.

They do have your normal selection of cigarettes as well as various smoking "interfaces" if you want them, this is Smokers Haven...

Drove 45 minutes from MA to get there. Once inside someone asked if they could help us but she ended up being clueless. Needed vap, batteries charger and juice. Liked the offerings BUT. Told her i needed extra set of batteries. She pulls out a charger. Specifically asked if the charger came with batteries? Answered Yes. Picked up juice and paid. Drove down the road and suggested to my other half to charge the vap. Found out there were NO batteries in the vap and NO batteries in the charger box. Luckily we were only about 3 miles down the road. Went back. Yeah i kinda had an attitude but kept it in check. Just letting them know i was unhappy as we had specifically asked about the batteries. The girl that helped us DID NOT apologize and the other girl that helped us with the batteries said "well battereis are alway separate". In that case they should have tried to sell us batteries not just not mention them and then tell us there were batteries in the charger box when in fact there was not. We will not be going back there. And I suggest that you dont either. Its unfortunate that Manadnock is pre order and drive up delivery. They also lost...
