We had the pleasure of working with D & D Jewelry Manufacturing to create a custom pair of 14K gold earrings, my husband's gift to me for our (big number!) wedding anniversary. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The store is small and unassuming, yet I felt immediately that we had made the right choice when we visited with the designer, Diane.

Diane was caring and collaborative. She welcomed our ideas, offered thoughtful suggestions, and quickly sketched multiple design options. The final earrings were even more beautiful than I had imagined—elegant, unique, and perfectly crafted. On top of this, Diane went above and beyond to ensure the earrings were completed ahead of schedule.

Came in to have my grandma's hearing aids worked on. Had a lanyard installed that would keep them from being lost, since they're 8k. I was impressed with Daryl's selection of custom jewelry and cleanliness of the store. He's an old timer with a great attitude very professional and he did great work. He has beautiful rings and earrings available for purchase and I highly recommend him for any detailing or cleaning work you need for your jewelry. Not only was he fun to talk to and inviting atmosphere but he gave me several tips on how I can clean and maintain my grandma's hearing aids. I felt like he took the time out of his day to really take care of me! Unfortunately most in businesses that's a lost art of customer service, but not at D&D Jewelry. I highly recommend this business and will be taking any business of mine here...
