Jay is horrible. Saying he should have smoked before he came in to work. These kids are so unprofessional I had 16 pieces of clothes and about 10 other products toothbrushes, liquid soap, etc. He continued to put everything in 1 bag. With every item still on hangers, the bag ripping more and more. I wanted to see how far he would go. I ask him to make sure the make bag doesn't rip I finally said something. " Can you please put the non courts products in another bag, please?" He responded by saying, " Why didn't you say something before?" Me: I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job, your supposed to know. At this time his co worker moved him to her register and tried to pick up the huge bag he stuffed everything g into, and could hardly lift it. I continued to say, " I guess should have smoked before you came in." I fished paying. I saw a gentleman who i assumed was a manager and let him know what just happened, even tho he was not even 10 ft away. His response was only, "Yes Ma'am" While he was training a new employee. Update 4/22. Nothings change. Still a lot of people in line. 2 registers open. Clothes and toys and everything all over. Nothing is organized. Definitely my last time coming in here. Took an hour and 40 mins to check out. Why is there someone greeting ppl at the door? When they have 50 plus people in line. She don’t even greet. Just stand there. Manager and other people just walking around. Literally 2 cashiers on a Saturday. Ridiculous
Update 6/11. NOT A SINGLE THING HAVE CHANGED. 2 ppl working the register and one 1 was really moving. The other lady was extremely slow. Long line 1hr and 30 mins for a return. Still NO DRESSING ROOM. Store dirty. Stuff all over the place. After today. This my last time trying...

In these cases, should YouTubers go make a video to show customers that Burlington management is poor and should change the general manager for the reason that why does a customer have to wait 40 minutes to pay for an item? The other department stores don't have this problem!!
