They “fixed my screen” and I had to reset my phone because of the password and all of a sudden my charger port doesn’t work anymore and they told me that it was going to take three months for them to look at it and fix. He got me set up by moving my number from another carrier and then within 30 days, when I misplaced the phone (ikr???🤦🏽‍♀️) he got me set up again with a new phone - and he did all the heavy lifting with the carrier to switch service to that one.
