Went there to talk to someone, after I called then in regards a window that was cracked do to poor load tie-down. Stuff was coming out of the back of the truck and something that came out of the back hit my windshield and cracked it. Never got a call back after I called and left a message. Drove to the office to talk to someone there and of course no one was there, so left a message to call me back and I haven't heard anything back from them yet.??? Wow! What a break a Goodwill store that is so well organized, smaller, much less crowded with shoppers, and many wonderful things to buy. Don't get me wrong, I love the Goodwill on Kennewick Ave, and the Richland, Pasco Goodwill stores , however this is a small store with with a lovely quiet atmosphere, and not lacking in merchandise .
