Burlesque Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Kennewick

I recently visited Burlesque Brew coffee shop and had the pleasure of being served by an outstanding waitress Trinity Nicol Romero . From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, and she took the time to make recommendations based on my preferences. She was attentive throughout my visit, refilling my coffee without me having to ask and checking in to make sure everything was to my liking.

What really stood out to me was her genuine interest in making sure I had a positive experience at the coffee shop. She engaged in friendly conversation, and her positive attitude was infectious. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was enjoyable, and I left feeling satisfied and happy.

Overall, my experience at Burlesque Brew coffee shop was fantastic, and I owe that in large part to the exceptional service provided by this wonderful waitress. I highly recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for delicious coffee, a cozy atmosphere, and top-notch service. Thank you again to the amazing waitress for making my visit...

We were looking for something our daughter would appreciate for her birthday. My sister advised me that our daughter likes the specialty brews available at the location off of Edison Avenue in Kennewick known as 'Burlesque Brew'. Who knew? Had to wait our turn for the drive thru as only staff are allowed inside. The young barista was quite cheerful and confirmed that we could purchase a gift card in whole dollar amounts. Twenty-five dollars seemed appropriate so we submitted a debit card and were on our way! I'm sorry y'all, I can't offer an opinion on value or quality or any of the other items on the menu because I didn't order anything. One interesting thing about the menu posted on the building... the drinks are measured in 'cup sizes' through DD(double 'D'). LOL...

My visit was on mother's day 2019. I was going to go inside to place the drink order. When I attempted to enter, I noted the doors were secured. However, the barista was serving in the drive thru. No big deal I hopped around and go in line. After a few customers it was my turn. I noted, she was very friendly, professional as we commented to each other about mothers day. She was notable to dress the part (which aside from a good drink is the attraction) She even let me snap a shot holding our mother's day order. She was punctual kind and we had zero complaint...
