My girl friend and I went there for the first time to get some food. The woman there was so awesome at helping us. She even offered to tell us that we couldn't order anything from the grill because it was closed. She went on the say we couldn't have any extra bowls or siolverware with anything we order. She addressed that the only things available are soups and salads. She even took 7 minutes to get us water.
People that walked in after us were served before us. They received food from the closed grill. The woman came back to our table 12 minutes later to take our order. We asked for 2 soups and 2 side salads. She said, " It will be awhile to before I will be able to get to you two."
Three more tables walked in and were seated, ordered, and received their meals before us.
We got up and walked out. The woman .are sure to go out of her way to make us feel unwanted, secluded, disrespected, and utterly belittled. If I was the owner and I wanted to keep my business, then I wouldn't ever let her be there.

Read moreWe were looking forward to eating here based on reviews but we turned around and left without eating here, here’s why…. As soon as we entered we were greeted with “cash only” instead of hello and lady that greeted us had an attitude like she didn’t want us there. So had to check to make sure we had enough cash, we can all speculate why as even food carts take cards these days. After making sure we had cash we sat down and were given menus. We had two kids with us and wanted to order a regular adult size bowl and politely asked if we can have an empty bowl to split it for the kids to which the lady harshly blurred “NO SHARING and pointed at the menu which stated NO SHARING. I politely said that my kids are small and I do not want to order two large bowls for them as they will not finish them and we can’t share with them to which I got a reply of I don’t care NO SHARING. We got up and left...
Read moreI've never been inside to eat so I don't really know how to rate atmosphere but the wonderful smells that come out of the pick up window are amazing. The sweet lady that takes my order and serves it to me is the best. I think they sell out of chicken Pho daily. Gotta get your order in early. You can smell and taste the authentic star Anise. I love to eat Chicken Pho if I feel a head/chest cold trying to get me. This usually helps me prevent or get over it quickly. My go to for Pho in Tri-Cities. There are others that are good but this one is pretty great. I haven't tried other menu items yet. Some day I need to try other food on the menu. I will say I've met the man here too, not as friendly as the woman but I don't interact with...
