We took our twins for their 6th birthday. We had to wait a very long time (stood at counter with no one around for at least 5 min) to get our order taken, over 30 min to get our food, and waited 25 min to redeem our tickets...etc. It felt very under staffed and the employees didn't have any customer service skills. Didn't apologize or acknowledge wait times and overall felt like they were bored and didn't want to be there. We also spent over 100$ at this stupid place by the time we left. It is a money sucking vortex. And as a customer paying over 100$ ....I was infuriated that my 7$ salad was ONE trip. I am allergic to wheat and am unable to eat the pizza, so I was really upset I was treated so cheaply with the salad bar. The girl at the register literally told me to "pile your plate high because it is only one trip" So I ended up having to shove my fruit on with my salad and got ranch all over my grapes and strawberries. It was very unpleasant. I felt that as a parent spending such a ridiculous amount of money, I should have at least been treated like a valued guest and a PERSON. AND...they didn't check my kids hand stamps at all when we left!!!!!!! What was the point?! The WORST $ I have waisted in a loooong time. I will NEVER go back and will strongly advise others the same. I can think of many other kid places that would have been much better. Had our granddaughters 4th bday here last year, and it was terrific. Sadly, I was disappointed this year (her 5th) due to a lot of equipment issues. We were there from 3 to 5. I purchased a 90 min unlimited card and wasted over 40 min just trying to make the card work. I asked for my money back on the card, as a result and the manager was VERY accommodating, so I DO appreciate that. But, I am disappointed in the ownership that so many of the machines were not working properly, including most of the skeet ball lanes, which are a favorite! I was especially disappointed that all of the photo booths were not working at 4:30pm (close to the end of our party), when we were trying to get pics with our grands and the printers were not working! I hope the owners do a better job of maintaining the games to avoid these issues going forward. I do want to give a shout out to the front desk ladies who worked tonight (4/19/25), as they were all very customer friendly and gracious. Tonight's manager was accommodating with regard to my refund request, but it was one of her employees who offered a solution that in the future, I should buy points instead of "unlimited games per time-frame". She explained that when you buy points, the games' charge register works fast. When your card is set up for a time frame (30, 60, 90 minutes), the games' registers take 5 to 7 minutes before you can play your next round. Note...most "rounds' are ONE PLAY, and I can attest with experience that it takes MORE than a to 7 seconds, in addition to the charge registers being VERY touchy. So there are better days to go than a day that everyone has off of school for a holiday even if it is at an odd time of day (in between meals and not during). The facility was clean, the staff were friendly and helped immediately when asked for something or a machine wasn't working and they came right away and fixed it and it ended up that the machine wasn't broken but someone had placed the balls for the game under the whole machine itself so staff moved the machine and got the balls. The other machine that wasn't working ended up someone had unplugged it. I mention this because at the old chuck e cheese when we would go half of the machines for smaller kids weren't working and staff couldn't fix them... This was not the case the games were working and staff was quick to respond and polite. The bigger frustration was that there were multiple adults hogging games for really long periods of time when kids were waiting to play because everything was pretty full. (Again just a really busy day). We ordered a #1 deal and the 45 min play wrist bands. The pizza was ok... Kind of feel the pizza is over priced especially for the flavor and filling factor. I do like the wrist bands especially for little kids because many times they don't get the full value of a game or the full ability isn't there and they can just swipe again and try again... On the other hand swiping or tapping the card is something for them to keep track of or you and easier for them to lose. I used to be able to take my family and go with a deal for 25.00 and today's adventure cost about 60.00 which is too high for me for a family...
