Why is there a homeless encampment there 24/7 (Pickleball court). There is always a lake of fluids at the ballpark restroom (entrance) where the homeless take up residence after hours and he uses the bathroom entrance as an outdoor toilet. Can we get additional patrols, gates at the restroom entrances (to deter camping and defecation), lighting, security cams (after hours activity) so that the area can be kept clean (free of biohazard) for the taxpayers, children and students that use this facility? This is especially critical now that the ballfields are back in use and kids have to come into contact with bum fluids daily. It's unacceptable and needs to be resolved ASAP.

As of late June 2023, they just added 12 new pickleball courts. I believe there are also three of the original courts for a total now of 15. They are nicely spaced, lots of room with each court fenced off. There is no shade on the courts, but there are trees around the outside and a large covered structure by the courts. There are restrooms adjacent to the pickleball courts. This is a very nice facility, located close to the mall in Kennewick.

One of the most panoramic views of sunset can be seen from this park. Musical posts can ring some melodies music in the air. Expect that there are ping ball courts, basketball court n kids play area. Grass fields are way too many as they are spread over so didn’t get chance to see all. There is good amount of parking n washroom facility. Some partially shaded picnic sheds are beautiful to hold a small gathering.

This park is pretty big and has a lot to offer. There's several sports venues including baseball diamonds, basketball court, tennis and pickleball courts. The concrete is cracked in a few places, but the paint is still easy to view the gridlines, unlike other courts around town. The play structures are pretty engaging to youngsters, and creatively conceived. There is also a path that meanders past some picturesque scenery. Only trouble is, some of the parts of the park are not wheelchair accessible at all, having steps as the primary access points, and ramps being less...
