Southridge Dugout Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Kennewick

Planned on heading down for a good burger and cold beer. After doing some research I picked the Dugout over Bob's Burgers, as I've heard good things about this location. Looked at a few pics of their menu and wished there were some descriptions of items. So away I went. Upon arriving there was a decent crowd for a Monday. Game was on. So far so good. Walking up to the bar I found a couple menus and this was where things went south. The menu on their sites posted a $14 Dugout burger. The first thing I saw was $12 tater tots. Tater tots. For $12... Ok supply chain issues and labor cost..hard swallow here but I get it. Then I find the burger I'd been looking forward to. $20..not $14 but 30% more... At this point the bartender was extremely sympathetic, almost like this is something she's had to deal with before. I explained I wasn't going to be staying to which she replied " yep, I get it." I proceeded across the streets to Bob's Burgers and Brew and enjoyed a bite and a nice big cold beer. *Update your menus so no one is hit with a gut shot upon entering, explain it off with something that makes sense and hope loyalty carries the day. Nothing exciting food was good for sure entertainment was one pool table 2 dart machines darts were house darts had years work of finger grease and dirt in them and thick black gunk in between the flights made that game unplayable unless you had your own it was just Ok nothing that's bringing me back it's the 25;35 age group that would be playing Corn hole if it was heated. They have the very nice outdoor heaters that were not on apparently due to issue with them believe the issue was cost may be wrong on that went there for the Golden Tee golf game that They had but they told me was removed due to lack of play however when asked if they promoted the machine they had not so what would you expect to happen if you have one and let the company know they add it to their nationwide machine locator that is a decent amount of traffic tight there as there are no machines in that general vicinity pool and darts are a dollar the golf game 5'bucks 100 gamers,of pool $100 20 games of golden tee $100 every tavern bar or pub have pool most have darts mo golf game so for me nothing to make this place any better or worse than any other because it's just the same...

Never the type to leave reviews but Dougout needs to do better on training their employees or getting them an ID scanner…

We went to celebrate my cousins 29th birthday this weekend and we’ve been here multiple times and have never been ID’d. Well Wyatt came up to us (a group of 20 people) asking for ID’s and felt “uncomfortable “ serving us because one of our ID picture had a different type of blue background. I asked for him to scan it and said he didn’t have the device and continued to say he didn’t feel comfortable serving any of us because there’s been multiple of occasions people have gone in with fake ID’s as if that was our fault. Let alone this same guy took our order last time and never brought our drinks until another nice gal came along and re took our order and got our drinks...
