Taco Bell — Restaurant in Kennewick

I wish I could give 0 stars. Worse service ever!!!! We went through the drive thru and the lady gave us our drinks and we heard her say pull forward. So we did pull forward but saw that a car was done getting their food and we thought maybe she meant for us to wait at the front. Which we thought was normal because other fast food places have had us wait in the front. So then two ladies came out and they said you have to go through the drive thru again. So we did. And the lady at the window was rude and said what did you guys order. So my husband tried giving her the receipt and she just looked in the bag and didn't check the receipt. So as we were leaving I check the bag and it's the wrong order. So we go back again and say it's the wrong order. And this time we made her take the receipt. And then I heard one of the other girls imply that we had already been given the right food and that we were trying to get more food from them. Which is ridiculous and rude. So she ends up getting the correct food and she comes back and says she didn't tell you to pull forward. So next time someone here tells you that don't listen and don't park in the front of the store. And my husband and I had never been to this taco bell so I told her we have never been to this one. I get that mistakes happen, I just hate that they were making it seem like it was our fault...

I’ve used this location many times and have never had a problem until today. My order was made incorrectly and I asked them to redo it, the second time looked like they just took it apart and pieced it back together. The crunchwrap was open on both sides and the shell was cracked, tortilla was torn too. I asked to then speak with a manager to show them and explain what had happened, to which he didn’t apologize and only said he didn’t use the same one (clearly did), and asked if I want him to redo it again.

I know it’s just fast food, but I wouldn’t have served what they gave me the second time to anyone.

I wish I had taken a picture of it but I’m sure this isn’t the first time it’s happened as the issue is no longer just a simple mistake, it is management. After speaking with the manager it makes sense why they work fast food. Their work ethic wouldn’t be acceptable elsewhere.

I will not be returning and I’m sure Manny (manager) will be happy for that as he can continue to half ass his job and not be called out on it. I suggest taking up reading as a hobby to work on his comprehension.

Brand new ,clean ,it is Taco Bell. Not my favorite design kinda plain. Staff was nice but not the fastest. All of the above still holds true. This update is a rebuke of all taco bells the food they sell is always a smaller size and costly these days the especially the newer temporary Foods. Today I ordered their new dipping burritos. They say could be shared but don't have to. I expect them to be good size or maybe multiple of them. No such luck I took a picture to show you what I'm talking about but the burritos barely bigger than the length of a credit card and not nearly as tall there's two of them one small cup of sauce the cost is just as much right on par with the same price as one of their Mexican pizzas or their Crunchwrap Supreme which have far more food in them also I've noticed that the I asked him how much the meat weighs in a lot of their products and compared to what you can pay for a burger and one of their soft tacos or crunchy tacos it's far better deal to get a burger just for overall calories they're just not what they used to be when they come to be in...
