In 2019 I had reached out to a few local companies and even Etsy at first and they gave me all these restrictions and regulations on what they could due, all with additional fees. With San Saba Cap, I sent the picture/logo that I wanted and they had no problems using it to do the embroidery. Not only were they able to use the image I wanted, they were able to change the colors to match and enhance it to the hat we chose! The staff was great to work with and the communication was amazing! Since our first order back in 2019, we have made 2 additional orders with them. I can not express enough that they make the whole process so easy!! The customer service is still amazing and even though we are not a big business or making huge orders with them, they still treat us as if we are the most important customer they have!! After a week past when i was supposed to receive the items, i reached out to discover a delay, where the sales representative responded with “blargh” instead an apology, and notified me that half my order wasn’t being made anymore. A month after purchasing and item from their site that they offered i had to reach out to get an update that it’s simply not goi g to be made. No apology for the lack in communication or inconvenience, just a “blargh” and blaming on Covid when you shouldn’t have anything on your site to sell that you actually can’t sell. Read moreNot sure what happened here but they used to be great to deal with then they messed up $4000 worth of shirts and hats. John said he would remake them all and after about 8 months of spending countless hours of my time to sort out their mess, im still missing items. Fast forward, they ignore all my emails until one day they sent me invoices for, you guessed it, $4000, which I paid up front when I placed the order. After spending more of my time helping them sort out their accounting, I have yet to hear a word from them for the items I STILL havent recieved a year later.
