There are probably many reasons you would want to consider this restaurant. First, they were one of the few restaurants in Kerrville open on this snowy Thursday during a week long polar vortex event. Second, the food truly is remarkable. Third, they were the only restaurant in town who would deliver on this snowy Thursday of a polar vortex event. Then there is the ever important matter of customer service. The lady taking my order on the phone was very courteous and very thorough and likewise the gentleman making the delivery was very friendly and polite. But really, the food is amazing. Ample portions, fair price. I had the sesame chicken and there is also some hot and sour soup waiting for dinner and because of this snowy situation combined with the state's third world infrastructure there too is fried rice...

Well wow. I have eaten Thai in many small towns and this is by far the best. We tried Thai Bistro for the first time yesterday and ordered the Thai beef salad and green curry with chicken, which came with your choice of side and we got the hot and sour soup all to go. The Thai beef salad was SO tender and had an amazing flavor! Absolutely will order this every time. It doesn’t have much cabbage, but we didn’t mind as the flavor was perfect. A 5 spiciness was not hot, more mild. The green curry was also wonderful, a 4 was fairly spicy and would call it a medium on the spice level which is perfect. Not too hot and not too mild. Uber Eats had Thai Bistro listed, so we placed an order. The order continued to get delayed to well over an hour after the original time it was supposed to be delivered. So we called the restaurant and they explained to us that they are not supposed to be listed on Uber Eats and they never even received our order. However, they offered to take our order and deliver it themselves even though it was almost closing time. The owner of the restaurant himself delivered our order on his way home for the night.
