I have to say, I definitely feel that the 2 negative reviews left here were complete spam. Tim and Shonna are incredibly friendly people and their food is full of flavor. We ate at their food truck in Kerrville once and ordered the grilled cheese and a green chile burger with fries and they were delicious. I added their Facebook page and noticed that they catered as well, so we hired them for our wedding in Dec 2024. They did the cocktail hour apps and a plated meal service for us for about 115 people. Pricing was fair, and everything was absolutely delicious. People raved about the food! They impart a lot of flavor into their dishes and the care they put in really shows. They catered at previous camp I was just working at when I came back from 3 day break they the kitchen a complete mess!! They put up pans and cutting boards with meat and grease on them and maggots were starting because it was so hot. It took a full day to clean up after them.
