Cimply Labor, LLC — Attraction in Keyport

This past weekend was my second move with Cimply Labor. I hope you can reference the review of my first move as it basically played out the same way. Tom was available to meet on the day and at a time that worked for me (because I am out-of-state now) for an estimate not only on the cost of the move but also to recommend the size unit I should rent for where I live now. Needless to say his suggestion saved me quite a bit of money as I had arranged for a much larger unit. His knowledge of this information just by sight alone was extremely helpful and impressive as it was right on. Despite having to wait until later for the estimate, he penciled me in for potential move date. Very helpful when it came to coordinating between both facilities in the interim.

I received an email with the estimate that evening. While I won't list the cost I will say that it was very fair. And to be honest, if you're using them the first time, you don't even know how fair it is because you have yet to experience the quality of the work come moving day. I signed off, paid a small deposit and was booked for the move a few days later.

I think it's important to note that though this was not my first move with them, the service I received this time was completely on par. A returning customer discount was a nice touch that I wasn't expecting.

I received a confirmation phone call the day before that included the cellphone number of the foreman for the move. On the day of the move I was met by another crew that was as helpful, informed and insightful as the first. A lot of my information was already communicated so work started as soon as I opened the doors. Everything that needed to be was wrapped in plastic, taped closed or covered in CLEAN blankets.Except for a few directives, I didn't have to do a thing.

My move had two stops. The second where we would be dropping off and picking up before heading to a storage unit. That stop was a quick one as it was planned very well. What was coming off, being loaded on, and what needed to go into the new storage unit first. I have moved several times.I can tell you that I have never experienced this level of coordination before. Whether it be a small, local moving company or one of the large providers.

Once we arrived at the new unit, the crew spoke with the manager on my behalf as to the best way to unload the truck and proceeded to do so. No drops. No damages. No drama. Some paperwork and I was done for the day in the almost exact amount of time that I was quoted it would take.

This is a remarkable company. If you read my first review, you'll see that nothing has changed. OH WAIT....if you read my first review, you'll see that I wrote that I wish this company did everything. Well now they do!!! I'll be calling Tom early next year for a small home improvement project as they now provide this service. I don't live in NJ anymore and Staten Island is filled with contractors however, I'm going to be calling Cimply Labor for this. Knowing that a job will be done above and beyond your satisfaction is what makes me keep calling and recommending Cimply Labor.

My family and I have had the pleasure of being a customer of Cimply Labor since 2018! Due to numerous life experiences, they came to our rescue 8+ times when moves were needed in NJ, NYC & PA. Thomas Boldt, VP of Sales, has to be commended for his level of communication with us and back office staff, for all aspects of our move! He sets up the perfect team..they are a well choreographed group of workers! Everyone knows their role and they are such hard workers! You won't see them standing around on their phones...they treated our belongings with extreme care...they took the time to answer our questions...they are extremely personable and we felt like we made friends by the time they were done! The truck is loaded to perfection- every inch is utilized with padding and straps for protection and to prevent shifting! I've often said that they must have played Tetris as a kid because of the level of detail and thought put into loading! Numerous times they problem solved very difficult logistical issues with 2 of our NYC moves...genius! Cimply Labor alleviated the stress of moving and treated our belongings as if they were their own! With ALL of our moves, nothing was broken and everything accounted for..now that's a GREAT record! We could go on and on about Cimply Labor but we can honestly say that you won't be disappointed! We chose them repeatedly because of their professionalism, trustworthiness, attention to detail, personable and hard working staff.. it doesn't get any better than that, in our book! Our move from New Jersey to North Carolina earlier this month was the second time in less than 12 months that Cimply Labor has helped us move an entire household. Both times the crew has been polite, responsive to any requests and very careful with all our belongings.

Earlier this month, Conor and his crew arrived on Monday to wrap and pack and then returned on Wednesday to load the truck. They arrived at our new home the very next day to unload and reassemble the beds. Conor, along with the move coordinator Tom Boldt, was easily reachable whenever we had questions. Conor, along his other duties, even personally wrapped and unwrapped a treasured family statue and ensured its safe transport.

Cimply Labor's method of packing on a separate day rather than trying to pack and load the same day has worked very well for us. All of the crew members on both moves have been employees of the company ,and they work together very well. Thanks to Kelvin and Brian for your work in New Jersey and to Isaiah and Jay for all your help in both states.

We received a couple of quotes for both of our moves, and Cimply Labor's price was very competitive (and for the last move considerably better than I expected).
