Bloomtown Flowers & Gifts — Attraction in Kilgore

Ordered flowers for a funeral on their website not FTD or one of those 3rd party sites . Chose a fresh flower arrangement in the color that my deceased mother in law loved which is red. I selected the arrangement to be specific to the photo that was shown on their website. The flowers cost $125 . I was also charged a $6 "service fee" and a $10 delivery fee. The flower shop is literally 200 ft from the funeral home. I don't know what a "service fee" is. I understand substitutions are sometimes necessary but this arrangement was nothing like the photo. There were maybe 6 roses in the arrangement.The photo shows approx12. I was very disappointed.The arrangement was pretty or I would've rated this a 1 star. But definitely not $150 worth of flowers! I live out of town or I would have ordered this by going in person and perhaps the outcome would have been different. Photo on left was flowers received. Photos on the right is what I ordered. Do NOT enter those doors -- run to the next florist! or even Brookshires will be better. I ordered, in person, several days before pick-up, asking them specifically for carnations, Lillies & Bells of Ireland (& no mums or anything that would affect sinus allergies). Not a one of them were included when I went to pick-up; plus they were 'not quite ready', either. After complaining & hearing their 'excuses', they added a few stems that helped but mostly cheap sunflowers. Ordered flowers from here over the phone to surprise a freind! After making a few other calls and experiencing sub par and slightly rude response from other area florists I contacted the wonderful staff at Amazing grace floral designs! Not only was my arrangement made beautifully the price was on point! Staff is gifted and the customer service I received was above and beyond!
