One bad apple ruins the bunch. Yad an issue and needed a mammogram and ultrasound asap. The appointment was scheduled the next day. Nadine whom was assisting with the mammogram was extremly insulting regarding the size of my breasts. She became aggressively nasty for no reason other than telling.me I'm not having the ultra sound since my Dr. Did not put it on his report. (Which it clearly was) as I wanted to call my dr she stated he never got back to them. I tried to explain I called in the a.m. to make sure all ducks were in a row including what was being done Nd was told it's all good dont worry. Nadine told me they need to finish the mammogram and was nasty.(obviously she was having a bad day looking to pick a fight with someone.) At thus point I was extremely uncomfortable and asked to speak to a manager, she stormed out of the room slamming the door behind her so hard it popped back open. She came back and stated that the order does say ultrasound now come over here and finish. I explained again I want a manger. She began to scream telling me how I am ungrateful for her trying to help. We began to argue s I stated again I want a manager. Once again slamming the door. The test of the staff was very kind and helpful but does not netigate the fact i was abused by this woman. I will never return. None deserves to be treated in this type of manner ket alone with provocation. This was by far the worst experience i ever had. I empathize with anyone in the medical field that has to work around various of people and personalities especially during covid and beleive they are front pine heros. In this instance is the same with the exception of this specific staff member.. Nadine. How someone can be so abusive Nd still there working with people let alone sick people is shameful for the company. Knew exactly how to make testing as comfortable as possible. I also decided to add on the SecondReadAIā¦it was a good decision especially having very dense breast tissue.
Donna McIver greeted me for the second time and was as welcoming and delightful as the first time that I met her. She was able to answer all of my questions. Next Rhona C. registered me for my visit. She knew that I was apprehensive since I never had a PetScan and reassured me that Michelle who would be doing the scan was efficient and kind. Next Michelle met me. She took me to her testing area and patiently reviewed the process. Michelle was super efficient. She put me at ease. She was like a reassuring big sister. Before I knew it, I was on my way home. Itās because of these women and all of the other employees that Iāve met throughout the past years that I keep coming back to Vision Imaging. The staff at Vision response was call back tomorrow and see if they came. I called 3 days in a row. Later to find out they had them all along. Staff just didnāt want to look into deeper. Thankfully, management took care of it for me. When I did come in for my testing, the staff member checking me out repeated the same questions and paperwork that I did 2 weeks prior. Nothing had changed. She refused to speak up when asking me these questions. I asked her twice and she did not speak up. Hid her face behind the monitor, so I canāt even read her lips. Come to find out when I stepped in the back I had answered the questions wrong. I answered the desks person to the best I could understand her. Of course, I had not metal devices!!
