Update: 10/12/22 Had to update this review for several reasons.
The positive - Prices are now fairly average with the town's competitors. This is great since this store is the closest one to my residence. It is good to see more reasonable prices after a few years.
The negative - Getting into the building has gotten even stranger The last 2 times I have attempted to use the ATM in the entry way someone will ask me to use the one inside instead, or at least recommend it. Please just bring the ATM inside with the other one if this is an issue or let the customers get their money without this redundant conversation.
There is now a door on the way in. Rather than having someone buzz you in like a normal dispensary they now have you slide your card through a strange wooden door / fence and then scan your ID. Just bizarre.
It should be known that I placed an online order before my last attendance (which for some reason requires your email). After entering the building I began to walk towards what I thought was the pickup station. This dispensary is still the only one I know of that has made up a job for someone in the back to "put together" your order as if it's still a medical facility. One of the budtenders kindly asked me if I needed anything while I approached where I received my previous order. I told him I have an order. He said "Online?" Not sure what other orders exist but I confined asking "Isn't this how it works?." As I made my way where I received previous orders, another budtender (the one who scanned my ID) cut off the previous budtender, smiled and said, "You know, we have an express pick up window for these online orders. It can get really busy in here and it helps when customers use the express window only." I definitely see his point however, there was no one else in the store at the time. He got together my order making it appear as a favor. Although he was condescending, I visibly tipped this budtender for asking if I wanted a bag for my order but he did not say thank you. On my way out, I looked for this express window. I even looked around the building outside. Not saying it doesn't exist but again, this is one of the strangest dispensaries out there.

Read moreI literally would give this place 0 stars if it would let me. I came in to an empty store on 12/21/25 at 9:15 pm and am at the front to be checked in w only one guy behind me. The 2 male workers ignored me started helping guy behind me. The other customer said, “I’m sorry ma'am.. u were ahead of me.” I told him yes I was but go ahead. The worker guy stays quiet staring at me who just checked me in don’t acknowledge me at all that I was next. I’m thinking the other guy working will help me next… nope!!!👎🏻He instead starts helping people that came in long after me. I have been coming here about 5-6 years regularly. Spend about $1200-$1500 a month on average according to my bank account. I always tip $10-$20 every-time. I had placed $150 online order but wanted to get an oz of flower and see in person. I was about to drop $300-$400 just now. I said forget it ur not gonna help me im not giving u my $. On my way out I tell the girl working at online order window to cancel order w what just happened and how rudely I was treated. Instead of trying to correct it and say sorry that happened and keep the sale like any good employee would, she makes excuses saying “it gets confusing to remember who is next?” Umm.. It’s really not when it’s only me at front of line w 1 other customer behind me. This cast of characters working tonight need better training and oversight.They just lost a lot of business and tips from a loyal longtime customer. This was by far the worst experience I have had in a long time and there is too many other good dispensaries in same area like kush or higher leaf and starbuds that are just as good or better. Read moreThe establishment is clean, well maintained and lovely decor. I live super close and have passed by this location many times. I was really excited to get my usual and possibly something new since budtenders are usually so knowledgeable and help with discovering new products.
My experience today with the person who tended to me and checked my ID made me feel really bad, uncomfortable and unwelcome. I had asked him some questions regarding disposable vapes and if there were recommendations or anything similar to the Imfused Recover CBG vape. He already seemed like he was in a bad mood and was very curt/brisk in his answers to me. He pushed two products towards me like "that's it" with no further details. I felt like I was annoying him and felt super uncomfortable in asking any questions so I just picked up what I originally came for and checked out and even during that process he was being passively rude towards me.
Unfortunately this first time experience has left a deeply unsettling impact on me. I don't feel comfortable returning to this shop or running into him again. It's a real shame because this place looks decently stocked with a variety of products...
