The women working here were fairly rude and unhelpful when I asked about first-time passport information. I went in person and had to call twice afterward to get all of the information I needed because they refused to freely offer it. The only information offered up was to use black ink... I had to beg for answers and they treated me like I was an idiot. Unsure if it was because of my tattoos or something else, but I wouldn't recommend "outsiders" visit this place; I am not from this area and they were extremely unwelcoming. Very disappointed and a little hurt by this. Twenty minutes after making it, I cancelled my appointment with them due to the judgement I received for simply existing in a public space.
