First timer here. First things first, the establishment: I love the drive thru pick up window. I had a long day and didn’t feel like getting out the car then I saw I didn’t have to do that was a plus! However my food wasn’t ready on time (10min late). Wasn’t a big issue but I do think there was a disconnect with the app and the merchant. DoorDash said my food was ready but the merchant said that was just for my salad only. Once my food came out I had to ask for napkins and plastic ware (take-out pet peeve). I get my food and get ready to partake at the park. The pizza looked good. It was tasty with a spice kick to it. The little old world pepperonis were delish! There is a thin layer of sauce and not a lot of cheese would could be a deal-breaker for some. Lastly, the salad. This is NOT was I was expecting based on the description. This salad is not worth the price unless you add protein. It’s a big salad yet they only give you a 2oz. Cup of dressing. Not cool. This small cup of cheese and croutons also. Will I come back, no for the location alone but if I did I wouldn’t get or recommend the salad.

This place is so cozy on cold evenings. The atmosphere inside is welcoming and the cute holiday decorations give it a nice touch! There is also seating outside for warmer weather. I did see a drive-thru for when you order online as well and pick it up. We went the classic pepperoni, which the pizza comes out SO fresh and hot that I'm willing to burn my mouth for the delicious bites 😂 the pizza comes loaded with pepperoni too. They don't skimp on toppings at all! The crust does come out slightly burnt in some areas but this is wood fired pizza, it's expected. Doesn't turn me away from eating it and flavor isn't lost. They come out with tray of desserts so you can see what you purchase before making selections. We chose double chocolate cake and for $10 this is worth it. We shared it and STILL took some home. Very dense and rich cake. Honestly, all the desserts look amazing it was hard to choose. 2 soft drinks (coke products), 1 pizza, 1 dessert to share was $33! For sure plan on going back! Ps...they do have wine!

Round 4: half Wild Mushroom + half Brooklyn + Besieged -- Brooklyn was sooooo good. Wild mushroom also amazing🤩🤩🤩. Enjoy! Round 3: ordered Popping Pepperoni (banana peppers, pepperoni, parm, mushroom from Parma - Blue oyster, Black Pearl, Lions Mane...sooooo good😋😋😋) and brought a bottle of Old Soul Pinot Noir from Produce Place & Deli... Hmmm, hmmm, hmmm!!!😍😍😍 Round 2: ordered a spice pickle (seasonal special) and thru a mixup, got a honey hot pepperoni and the pickle. Both have a touch of sweet with spice and they are both amazing. My wine is from Heinen's last call discount rack...a really affordable date night!!!! ***ORIGINAL REVIEW*** I am down to my last slice, and I'm going to finish it too! That should tell you everything you need to know. BYOB, so stop by Giant Eagle and pick up a bottle of your favorite red (mine is Rodney Strong Cabernet Sauvignon). They have everything else. A great date night🍕🍷

Really really wonderful- Tara our server was so cute, and the pizza is SO GOOD some of the best wood fired in the area if not THE best. This DEFINITELY qualifies as a real neopolitan style. Definitely worth going- their specials are also creative and very very very good!

Update: Every time I come here I have an amazing time. Their pickup window is extremely efficient, but the dining room is really the star of the show here. First off, this pizza just doesn't deserve to be boxed up to go, it deserves to be enjoyed with loved ones while the cozy vibes hug you like grandma does. The serving tray to keep the pizza crispy while you eat is an excellent touch. Perfect balance of laid back but a tiny bit fancy, excellent date night or family dinner night. That alone is a tough balance to master like these people have. The food here is out of this world, you can just tell these people's care and know what they're doing by the way they've thoughtfully assembled each menu item, to the way they nail every order. They use a dough starter that's almost 30 years running- and I can taste all those years of mastery of this craft. Perfect balance of flavor, so addicting. Just the right amount of every single ingredient down to the seasoning. And uh, I haven't even gotten started on the meatball. The "Biga Meatball" is gonna keep me and my husband coming back for years! That thing is an incredible value first of all, and second of all, the taste!! Wow wow wow :O perfectly cooked all the way through, served mind-blowingly fast, and just as tender and wonderful the next day reheated!!! Please give this pizza place a try. I can't recommend it enough. And to the owners- thank you for practicing this craft. Your passion shows...

Edit:

Fall 2021 The original owners are back! Service is quality again and the food is what I used to expect. The menu is reduced due to covid, but I'm hoping that it's back to it's former glory soon. So happy they are saving this place.

This place is capable of amazing pizza, sadly it's been declining noticably for over a year. Tonight they were incredibly busy and way understaffed. They forgot our appetizer, drinks repeatedly ran empty and the server was at the table about every 20 minutes. Rolled her eyes when I sent the salad back. Unacceptable service in my opinion. We had been finished eating for at least 20 minutes before anyone asked if we needed anything else. In the past they were always well staffed, usually with younger, but pleasant, attentive servers. Earlier this year they remade my pizza 3 times before it turned out, that's when I really started to wonder what was happening to my favorite local pizza place. Things like this never happened a few years back. I read that Biga was sold and clearly it isn't run with the same standards. Hire more staff and make sure they're actually pleasant. Schedule enough people for a weekend night. You still have the capability to make great food, please work on the service and staffing before it kills you. This should be a 5 star rating. A couple more visits like this and sadly I'll have to...
