Dollar General — Local services in Kirtland

I am vision impaired and use a walker to go from my apartment to the Dollar General store in Kirtland Ohio they always greet me well when I come in ask if there's anything they can do to help. If I do need help they are always right they're very pleasant with a smile. When I check out they are always very pleasant wish me a good day and many times we have a minute or two of good conversation about what's going on in the area and in our community. I am very grateful to have this store close enough to be convenient for me and I'm looking forward to the remodeling that will be taking place here soon. I've heard many good reports about The Wickliffe Ohio store so this remodel should be very good for all of us here in the community. Worst customer service. The store manager stood in the aisle rather than come to the register, saying that "she will be right with you". 5 minutes later, and after approaching him again, she finally came out, on the phone, like I was disrupting her. Not sure why but the shelves seem to be empty a lot. The prices on items don't ring up the same. Always overcharged on these items.
