Mega Smoke Shop — Attraction in Kissimmee

Came to buy some coils and pods for the RPM 2s vape device. However, I was sold the wrong coils for the pods since they didn’t fit, and when the employee asked the manager by phone if they could do a refund (which was the only and obvious solution), they said no. This all happened during the 3 minutes that I was on the store, same day of purchase. It turned out they are selling incorrect coils for the rpm2 that wont fit. Wth??? So basically they kept the 50 dollars I spent, and left me with useless products, without a refund. Its so sad the fact I used to buy tons of vaping products on this store, and always had no problem. Today’s experience made me realize that they just stole from me, and don’t care at all about their customers, just the money, even if the problem was the store’s fault. I appreciate the employee that tried to help, and I also feel sorry for her since the management had to put her in such difficult situation making her deny a refund. Not cool, Mega Smoke Shop. I asked for a rechargeable vape. The black lady pointed me towards the brand I wanted, so I paid for it, and the other lady behind the counter asked if I'd like her to open it to test it out. I said yes. Upon opening the package, and before I put it to my lips I noticed it was not rechargeable. And since it was already open they wouldn't let me return it for a rechargeable one I asked for. The black lady went on to say they had audio recording to prove that she was right and did tell me what I wanted to hear-that it was rechargeable. Very unhappy with how I was treated.
