ALDI — Local services in Kissimmee

Let's start with the pros. I love Aldis prices, I always shop there. The employees have morals, you won't see any of them without doing nothing, there's always something to do, even the managers work in the floor and register area. Cons. Unfortunately there was an accident  inside of the property, with one of the end caps of the gondolas shelves. After almost 300.00 hundred dollars out of pocket, 3 hours in the urgent care, and today is a week of the accident, only one guy contact me this past Tuesday and his words was "Ma'am  I'll see if there's anything that I can do". Wow!!! I wasn't expecting that answer.  I'm very disappointed and very frustrated with how this has been handled. No quality of care or importance to the customers in a case like this. If you shop there make sure you have work boots and slip resistance shoes on and to be at the safe side some protective clothing too, because at the end of the day no one will take responsibility or will care about you as a customer in a situation like this. Oh!! BTW They never cleaned the dry blood from the floor and female...

This Aldi is okay, though they are occasionally out of certain types of produce. They do keep their produce section stocked better than the location on OBT. They are the old layout which I actually prefer, and the sales associates are always nice and willing to have a conversation at checkout.

As for Aldi in general, their good for on a budget, although they're not the same quality on some items so it's sort of trial and error on which items are okay. Sometimes it's just that something is a little off in taste or texture, not bad though. For something's, like an ingredient that's going into a larger dish it's fine, like soy sauce, spices, or simple items like sugar and flour. But other things like potato chips that just don't have the right Crunch, or chicken salad with too much celery, or hummus that's just shy of being creamy, I usually have to pass on. It's like how Walmart and Publix have they're own brand that's either passable or inedible, but Aldi doesn't have another brand to...

I had an exceptional experience with the curbside pickup service at Aldi's. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the entire process smooth and efficient. They were prompt in bringing out my order and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was correct and to my satisfaction.

The communication from the staff was excellent, with clear instructions on how to pick up my order and any updates on its status. I was impressed by the level of customer service and attention to detail provided by the team.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Aldi's curbside pickup service. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness truly made a difference and I will definitely be using this service again in the future....
