I wish I had good things to say but I do not. My father passed away in December. On December 26, I called and spoke to Jennifer with my mother on the line. We needed to let them know to stop billing medicare and us for the rolling chair and to schedule a pickup. I explained my mother doesn't drive well and its 30 miles away. Jennifer let us know there was no way for Weaver to pick it up. If we didn't bring it back, we would be charged the balance of $40. When we were trying to explain this, Jennifer kept interrupting saying how she needed to bring it back, not letting mom or I speak, eventually causing mom to cry. I asked to speak to a manager but she said no one was available so she would leave a message to call me back. Days went by with no call and I eventually called back on December 30, speaking to Chris. I explained the situation and asked to speak to a manager. She promised to give me a call back before 530 that day. I've not received a call yet. Read moreI received my Dexcom G6 equipment in December. I opened the box and knew immediately I needed assistance on how to attach the system. I called the main Dexacom number in CA and was given my local rep’s number. I couldn’t have asked for better help than Weaver Mobility!! I reached out to Will the week of Christmas. He responded immediately and sent me a very helpful instructional video and told me many times to contact him with any questions or problems. I attached my equipment on December 22. I had immediate issues with the signal being lost causing the alarm to go off repeatedly and several other issues. I also had many questions. Even though it was the day before Christmas Eve, I talked to Will many times and Kent Weaver, the owner. Kent has diabetes, so he had a lot of information to offer me as a diabetic and a longtime user of the actual product. I don’t know how many times I’ve had to reach out to Will, but he’s always responded immediately and with the answers I need. This company, and especially my local rep Will, are AWESOME! The one that answered my call Alexis didn’t want to help after telling her my child’s Chris is falling alert. I don’t wanna recommend these people to anyone. She told me after weeks and b4 this issue it was 7 called b4 I got help. Alexis acted like she was doing me a favor for answering. I’m fine with this company. I’ll go some where else for my kids health care needs. She can’t move without her chair. Her wheelchair. And for them after I said I’ll bring it to you. They said. It could be days b4 they even look at it if I bring it. So we are at there beck and call for her mobility needs. This isn’t wright or fair. Don’t use these people. Please !!! I tryed to edit.
