Fountain City Art Center — Attraction in Knoxville

I hope you never have an emergency forcing you to park at their establishment. There is one lady, who in stead of asking if you're ok, chooses to go off on you and tell you to move your vehicle. When you are a mom trying to push a vehicle into a parking spot. And when you do explain. She just says, "well call someone." And walks inside. Needless to say, I will never bring my child to that establishment. I hope she has never fallen on hard time with her high and mighty self in a grey...
