Starbucks — Restaurant in Knoxville

My five year old granddaughter, my dog, and I are regulars each morning at the Starbucks, conveniently located five minutes from our house. As I chauffeur my granddaughter to school, we usually order the same items. My dog expects her puppacino. My five year old orders her green tea frap, I usually have iced coffee in the summer, hot coffee in the winter. The barristas all know us. They even know the dog. The dog knows them. My five year old knows them. This is a good arrangement.

Oh yeah: I bought this mini French press. It doubles as a travel mug. You press and go. No time to pour. Extract and glug. I love living...

Kailei is the sweetest, most kind, professional and thorough Team Leader this location has had, in my opinion! She always goes above and beyond for Starbucks customers. This job isn't easy, even in a small "kiosk type" coffee shop like this one, but she tries very hard and especially when working alone! Dealing with the public isn't always easy, especially "post-Covid" but if she makes a mistake, and we all do, she will happily correct it. Her knowledge of Starbucks menu items is second to none as is her kind...

John is absolutely the best part about this Starbucks. I normally prefer to drive through simply for the convenience of not leaving my car, but this Starbucks is inside a Kroger. John is so friendly and delightful that he makes it worth the extra time to get out of my car. Mornings are already hard enough, so every little bit of sunshine is worth the extra effort.
