I strongly advise against engaging with this company due to their subpar examination process, which is not performed by an ophthalmologist or optometrist, but rather by a technician utilizing computerized systems. The results are subsequently sent to a "doctor" in Arizona for review. I visited the company due to eye issues, including floaters and vision loss, and a family history of detached retina, which I informed the technician of. I do see an ophthalmologist and the cost factor wasn’t that much more, but they were out of town, which is why I initially made this appointment as I could get in the next day. However, I should have been informed that they are not qualified. Their primary focus appeared to be selling glasses. Although the staff was polite and professional, I was told to see an optometrist, which was the reason for my initial visit. The communication skills during the appointment-making process were poor, apparently it goes to a call center in Florida. I had asked for the prices with blended eye focals “If you could please email” since I couldn’t understand what he was trying to tell me I wasn’t even sure of the time until he sent me an email due to...
Read moreI was in denial, that I was to the point in my life where I needed glasses! I set an appointment online, perhaps one of the easier online booking set ups that I’ve used. I was greeted warmly, when I arrived to the appointment. Eyes were checked, and much to my dismay, I needed glasses. Anita was super helpful, when it came to picking out a frame, well two frames. The wait time to get my glasses was around 2 weeks. When I got them, it didn’t feel like the prescription was quite right. I reached out, made an appointment for a recheck, and the original prescription was slightly off. No sweat, Anita reordered my frames, and they came two weeks later. It’s like a whole new world, being able to see clearly! Customer service is definitely on point at this...
Read moreRUN. I had my first eye exam and prescription glasses through Stanton a few weeks ago, and after $800 later, I get the wrong prescription glasses. Set a 2nd "free" exam to correct this, and when I get to the appointment they would not even do the exam. I was told that I just "have to get used to them" and nothing they can do. I see 10x better without any glasses, and these make my vision 100% blurry. Now I am out the exam money and for the glasses themselves. Customer service could not be worse. They set the 2nd appointment, I show up, and then they turn me right back away. Still so confused. Don't make the same mistake, seek another company from the start. Hope this helps anyone else from getting the same...
